Keeping up its great repuation for hosting interesting and tasty dinner pairing, Catch 54’s next beer dinner will take place on Friday, Dec. 13 at 6 p.m. at Catch 54 in Fenwick Island. This event is limited to 40 people and cost $35 per person not including gratuity.

Weyerbacher Brewery will be featured.

MENU

FIRST COURSE

  • Food– Oysters two ways: fried oyster with chicken salad tartlet & fried oyster with olive oil caviar and cucumbers.
  • Beer– Merry Monks

SECOND COURSE

  • Food– Fish & chips: lightly smoked pan-fried bass, root chips, preserved lem.
  • Beer– Verboten Belgian Style Pale Ale

THIRD COURSE

  • Food– Pork Terrine: brussels, cider, mustards.
  • Beer– 18th Anniversary Weizenbock

FOURTH COURSE

  • Food– Wild Board Chops: mushroom spaetzel, natural jus.
  • Beer– Quad Dark Ale

DESSERT

  • Food- Sweets & cheese plate
  • Beer- Old Heathen Imperial Stout
